If you have been given a judgment by the court in your favour the court will usually include in the order what you are owed by the opposing side and will usually say how much time they have to pay off that debt or comply with the order.

It can be a very scary thing when a judgment has been given by the court against you. Most people find it easier to ignore it hoping that somehow the whole matter will simply go away or take care of itself. This is the worst thing you can do. All this will accomplish is making a bad situation much worse.

Every proceeding in the Supreme Court is started by filing with the office of the Supreme Court what is called a Claim.
