This is an area of the law which most people might not be familiar with or a word which most people may not have even heard. In this article we will look briefly at what is extradition and address certain questions that have been on the minds of most people.

Many of us I am sure either know a friend or family in Vanuatu who has been the victim of domestic violence at the hands of a spouse, de facto partner, boyfriend or other family member. Maybe we ourselves have been a victim.

The law covering the employment of persons in Vanuatu is the Employment Act [CAP 160]. A copy can either be found on the Paclii website or else with the Department of Labour.
